My Journey
I qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist with a first-class degree from the University of Southampton in 2008, where I won the University’s Roger Briggs award for best overall performance.
My career history includes working within the NHS and private sectors and running my own Pilates and physiotherapy practice. I have worked across a range of disciplines from musculoskeletal rehabilitation, pre- and post-orthopaedic surgery, hydrotherapy, and elderly care.
I have a special interest in treating people who have had orthopaedic surgery such as hip and knee replacements and shoulder and spinal surgery.
I have an excellent reputation for delivering effective rehabilitation programmes, which include Clinical Pilates-based exercises where appropriate and enjoy working with people of all ages and abilities, helping them to fulfil their potential and optimise their performance and function.
Something about me
I am an avid sportswoman, enjoying swimming, cycling, and running, occasionally putting all three together to compete in triathlons.
