Physiotherapy for case managers and legal representatives

We treat people in their own homes, which is usually where they need to be able to function again. Our physiotherapists work with clients recovering from major trauma, spinal cord injury, brain injury and complex neurological and orthopaedic conditions, and we pick cases up at any stage, from early discharge through to long term maintenance.

How a referral works

  • You send us the client and the postcode. By form, phone or email, whatever suits you.
  • We come back within 24 hours. We confirm whether we have a physiotherapist in that area, who they are, and what they specialise in. If we cannot cover it, we tell you straight away rather than leaving you waiting.
  • We book to suit the client. There is no waiting list. Appointments run into evenings and weekends.
  • Your client is assessed and treated at the first visit. No separate triage appointment. The physiotherapist takes a history, observes movement, carries out a risk assessment covering the client and their home environment, discusses findings and agrees goals with the client on the day.
  • You receive the report promptly. Included in the fee, not billed separately.

Continuity

Your client sees the same physiotherapist each visit. You get that physiotherapist’s direct number at the point of booking, so you are not routed through an office every time you need an update.

We work with over 150 physiotherapists across the UK. Coverage varies by area, so please send us the postcode and we will confirm within 24 hours whether we have someone there and who they are.

We do not hold a waiting list.

Fees

Fees are fixed, and confirmed in writing before the first appointment. Reports are included. Travel is included unless the physiotherapist has a long way to travel, in which case a mileage rate applies and we agree it with you in advance. We will send you the full fee schedule when you get in touch. Nothing appears on an invoice that has not been seen and agreed.

What we need from you

  • A safe, clear space to work in. Our physiotherapists do not carry treatment couches.
  • Your client told about the appointment and expecting us.
  • Relevant medical history: conditions, surgeries, medications, and anything that has changed recently.
  • A heads up on parking restrictions or charges.
  • A parent or guardian present for anyone under 18.
