Naomi Davies

I have extensive experience in the NHS, working across inpatient services, community teams, frailty care, neurological rehabilitation and early supported discharge. I have built my career in South Wales and gained experience in a wide range of specialist settings. I am passionate about helping people regain independence and achieve their rehabilitation goals in their own homes. I provide person-centred care with a compassionate approach, using evidence-based practice to support the best outcomes. I also focus on empowering individuals through education, clear treatment plans and realistic, achievable goals.
