I have worked in a variety of clinical settings, including acute hospital teams, outpatient clinics and in the community. My areas of expertise include treating musculoskeletal injuries, muscular/ joint aches and pains, post fracture and orthopaedic/surgical conditions, reduced mobility and elderly rehabilitation, acute and chronic lower back pain, and osteoarthritis. I enjoy working collaboratively with patients and families, providing advice and education on their condition, empowering people to engage in exercise and long-term self-management, and helping them work towards personalised, meaningful goals that make a real difference.

“Last February I had a rather nasty fall , and fractured my humerus, come April I was ready for physio but still not able to drive. Finding Home Physio Group was a revelation as they could come to my home so no worrying about trying to get to appointments or visit busy hospital waiting areas. My good fortune continued when Chris was assigned to my case. Such a genuinely nice person and we got on straight away which always helps. Extremely knowledgeable and he knew exactly what pace I needed to go at, and the appropriate exercise needed for each part of my recovery were designed, given my mature age, but still reasonably flexible. He was very encouraging with every visit and he would comment on my good progress, knowing that I had been working hard on his exercise plans. I was very impressed with my progress from his guidance as when we first met I couldn’t even raise my arm, and now I’m back in the pool, swimming front crawl, something I didn’t think I would be able to do again, but he was determined to get me there! And he did for which I will be eternally grateful, my swimming is very important to me . He truly is a credit to his profession and was an absolute pleasure to meet in my time of distress, I couldn’t have asked for better treatment . Thank you Chris”. – Jackie, Chigwell
