Having undertaken diverse training with internships in Ghana, Sierra Leone, Spain, and Guernsey, I’ve built a strong foundation in physiotherapy with a global perspective. These experiences exposed me to various healthcare systems and cultural approaches, enhancing my adaptability and clinical skills. Post-graduation, I refined my rehab expertise in a gym clinic in Amsterdam, working with athletes and clients recovering from injuries. For the past three years in the UK, I’ve worked with the NHS, providing care on a community rehab ward and assisting clients in their homes. I’m passionate about helping clients regain independence, improve mobility, and optimise functioning through tailored interventions that address their unique needs, empowering them to achieve their best quality of life.
