I began my journey as a junior physiotherapist in 2016, completing rotations in the NHS across Community, Musculoskeletal Outpatient, and Elderly Medicine Rehabilitation wards. I then spent five years working in a busy NHS outpatient physiotherapy department, treating patients with neuro-musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, and rheumatological conditions. Following this, I continued my work as a First Contact Physiotherapist in GP practices across my local region. Alongside private practice, I also work as a locum physiotherapist. My passion lies in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and general conditioning, helping clients regain function—whether returning to sports or lifting their grandchildren
