I graduated in 1990 and throughout my career, I have held various clinical and leadership roles. Initially, I gained a broad spectrum of clinical expertise including neurology, respiratory, rheumatology and orthopaedics after which I specialised in the management of musculoskeletal conditions. I developed my skills in a range of clinical settings including Primary Care, Occupational Health and the sports field! The middle years of my career were more focused on NHS leadership roles, developing care pathways and service improvements – utilising my clinical expertise more strategically. Latterly I have returned fully to a community-based clinical role and specialise in the management of orthopaedic, musculoskeletal, and neurological conditions, often using exercise therapy and Pilates to help clients reduce pain, improve their function, and achieve their goals.
