“I cannot praise Chi Lok Ken Hong (known as Ken) enough in what he has achieved with my 90 year old mother, Catherine, who broke her hip in early September. The promised NHS community package of care post discharge has still not materialised (2 months later), but due to mum’s struggling, we contacted Home Physio who responded quickly to mum’s needs and arranged for Ken to see her within a week of contact. Initially she was struggling to even get out of a chair, but with Ken’s guidance, over 6 weeks she is now basically fully mobile again, is walking with just a stick, going up and down stairs, and going out and about with a walker. Ken has been amazing. He has been excellent at explaining all exercises and has been encouraging at every stage. He has been professional but warm and kind in his approach, instilling confidence. My mother has valued his praise. He has always been on time and kept us informed. He has always followed through almost immediately on sending links to exercises.
