I graduated from the University in Jelenia Gora (Poland) in 2010. I moved to the UK in 2010 and started working as a Physiotherapist for a large, national provider. In 2016 I started my journey as a musculoskeletal Occupational Health Physiotherapist, helping people recover from injuries and returning to work safely, often after a prolonged work absence. I am skilled in manual therapy, including soft tissue/deep soft tissue techniques, therapeutic massage, Kinesio taping and exercise prescription. I am passionate about combining various treatment modalities in helping patients recover from acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries, including sport injuries. I have a vast experience in Ergonomics and am skilled to assist with various functional assessments, including workstation assessments.
