- Determine which part of your body is weak and could be strengthened
- Assess your balance reaction and coordination
- Check if any restricted joint movement is impacting your mobility
- Determine if your walking aids are the most appropriate for you
- Review your home environment for trip hazards
- Look at your furniture and may recommend some easy adjustments to help you manage
- Assess you on the stairs and may give you suitable suggestions to help you cope
- Consider referring you to an Occupational Therapist if you need further adaptations
