Esther

Chartered Physiotherapist

My Journey

I’m a dedicated and passionate physiotherapist with a strong interest in neurological rehabilitation, geriatric health, and community-based rehabilitation. My experience spans across various healthcare settings, including the NHS, private practice, and multidisciplinary teams, where I have worked with individuals of all ages. Whether in home settings, clinics, or hospital wards, I strive to provide compassionate, patient-centred care tailored to each person’s unique needs. I firmly believe in empowering my clients by equipping them with the necessary skills, knowledge, and confidence to manage their health and improve their quality of life. I take great pride in building meaningful relationships, learning about different cultures, and supporting individuals on their journey to recovery and well-being.

Something about me

I enjoy being active, eating delicious foods and travelling in my spare time. Fun fact: I was born in Ghana and migrated to the UK at the age of 6. I have little to no memory of my early childhood but can speak my local language (Twi) very well.
“Following my total knee replacement in March, I was in much more pain and discomfort than I had expected. Lack of mobility was especially distressing. Esther came and carried out an evaluation within days and I was much impressed by both her warmth and her competence, so I booked a full ten sessions of an hour. The sessions were invaluable, quickly building my confidence and encouraging me on when I was flagging. She was sympathetic and understanding (and more tolerant of my occasional grumpiness than I deserved). I saw the surgeons two weeks ago and the hospital physiotherapist yesterday and both were very pleased with my progress since the procedure. I am very grateful to you and to Esther for this service. I am happy for you to pass on these thoughts to anyone who may be interested”. – Phil, Romford.
