Working in the NHS at St. Thomas’ Hospital, I am part of a large medical physiotherapy team responsible for providing therapy for a wide range of conditions . Our aim is to help patients back on their feet and facilitate safe discharges without compromising on safety. I have also spent around two years in private practice and encountered a variety of conditions. Using my strong exercise background, I provide evidence-based rehabilitation to help patients reach their goals. I also run exercise classes in care homes and facilitate pitch side first aid/ physiotherapy for adults and children in numerous sports settings.
Something about me
I like to push my own body to the limits and have completed several marathons and triathlons. I hope to compete in an Ironman triathlon this year.
“Matt has been visiting my husband for 7 weeks since he had a hip replacement after a bad fall. Matt’s weekly challenging exercises have certainly helped Harold to make slow but steady progress despite his Parkinsons. We are both grateful for Matt’s professional input and encouragement”. – Lilian, Surbiton
