I qualified in Physiotherapy in 2010 and completed all of my junior rotations in the South-West of England. I immediately enjoyed working in Neurological Rehabilitation and quickly focused on developing my career in this area. I moved to London to broaden my experience and worked at the Royal Hospital for Neurodisability which is a Level 1 centre for Brain Injury. This is where I developed my key skills in Neurological Rehabilitation. Since then, I have worked for the NHS in a Community Neurological Rehabilitation Team in Central London treating patients with Stroke, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s and Motor Neurone Disease to name just a few conditions. I have always really enjoyed working in the community and seeing the impact physiotherapy can have on improving the quality of life of my patients.
