A fall at home left me with a number of hairline fractures, including one in my pelvis. This led to a a period of hospitalisation, followed by community rehabilitation, before I was allowed home. We subsequently contacted Home Physio Group and I received a brief period of treatment with Sarah. I was greatly impressed with my treatment; Sarah was friendly and reassuring, and showed considerable expertise. My treatment was thorough and sympathetic, and the series of exercises that she left me with proved highly beneficial. My treatment, and the whole experience with Home Physio Group, was impressive. Diana was amazing . She was professional but warm and friendly. My wife, after a knee joint replacement operation, was struggling with her exercises, both in terms of motivation and pain thresholds. Diana gently but in incremental stages helped her to do what was needed. This required some firmness from her but also kindness and support. We liked Amol straight away. He is friendly, helpful and very professional. As well as suggesting appropriate exercises he is happy to explain the purpose of them and has a positive approach He is also very encouraging, praising good effort and motivating improvement. I had given up hope that my right arm and hand would improve but I can now bend and twist my wrist, am beginning to clasp my fingers and thumb and my arm is much stronger. He also listens to any concerns that I might have and enables me to feel reassured .

As a rehabilitation case manager, I have found staff to be extremely professional, prompt and understanding in any request made. The treating therapist, according to my client, has not only assisted greatly within the rehab process but has also provided much motivation and positivity.
