I cannot recommend Jessica and The Home Physio Group highly enough. I started working with Jessica two months after my trimalleolar fracture surgery, where I had plates and screws fitted. My cast had just come off, I was still in a walking boot, and I had genuinely forgotten how to take a step forward with my left leg. I had no confidence in putting weight on it and was anxious about every movement. Booking home physiotherapy was the best decision I made because, at that stage, I simply wasn’t able to leave my house. Jessica was incredibly accommodating, travelling all the way to my home and scheduling evening sessions around my office hours, which made it much easier to stay consistent with my rehabilitation. From the very first session, Jessica carefully assessed my mobility, identified the key areas that were limiting my recovery, and created a personalised plan to work on my strength, balance, flexibility, gait, and confidence. She was patient, encouraging, and always knew when to push me just enough to help me progress without making me feel overwhelmed. One of the biggest hurdles for me was overcoming the fear of walking outside and using public transport again. Jessica helped me rebuild that confidence step by step. She even practised climbing stairs with me repeatedly until I was comfortable enough to do it independently. Every milestone that initially felt impossible gradually became achievable because of her guidance and reassurance. What I appreciated most was that Jessica didn’t just focus on the injury, she focused on helping me regain my independence and return to everyday life. She celebrated every small win, answered all my questions, and explained the purpose behind each exercise so I understood how it contributed to my recovery. While I’m now mostly recovered, in our final session Jessica gave me a structured set of exercises to continue at home so I can regain my full range of motion and complete my recovery. Recovering from a trimalleolar fracture is physically and mentally challenging, but having Jessica by my side made all the difference. I’m incredibly grateful for her expertise, patience, kindness, and unwavering support throughout my rehabilitation. Ebuka was very professional in his approach and very patient and kind. He provided a suggested program of exercises designed to build strength, improve balance and confidence. He made sensible suggestions where necessary and gave encouragement where needed. I would highly recommend him

Been having physio with Crystal for a few months now. After my husband had a major stroke. Can’t fault anything first class . Would totally recommend this company. He is not so well at the moment so I have paused it for a while. But would not hesitate to recommend and will hopefully use them again in the future.

For a period of several months Fernando from Home Physio has helped me regain better use of my legs following surgery such that I can now walk distances albeit with the use of a crutch. Throughout this time he was thoughtful about my requirements and compassionate to my aches and pains. Great service. Highly recommended.
