Learning to walk again Payal came to work with me following a nasty accident in which I broke both my ankles (left bimalleolar, right trimalleolar) . I had a month in hospital, 4 operations a further month at home with no weight bearing, and when Payal started her sessions with me I had progressed from hoist to molift to walking with a frame. Payal immediately gave me confidence and soon I was walking with a stick. After 5 sessions I can now walk short distances without any aids, indoors and outside. Payal is kind, firm, encouraging and knows exactly what she is doing. She was the right person at the right time to accelerate my rehabilitation and recovery. I am very grateful!

We had a great home physio treating my husband. Her visits to us in south east London were easily arranged at mutually convenient times. The physio was very encouraging about any progress made and whilst she made fairly regular visits there was visible improvement in his mobility. Unfortunately health issues and subsequent hospilisation has sadly had a very obvious impact on his mobility. We hope that in the future we can go back to using the service.

As much as I hated her for making me experience the pain during her suggested exercises,she was very professional and do recommend her (Keren).

Esther was the best physiotherapist I had the pleasure of working with, very efficient, effortless and communication was excellent. Highly recommend. I had an ACL reconstruction and she brought me back to my performance levels prior to the surgery. Great experience

It was an extremely encouraging and positive experience. Fawad was fully engaged throughout, highly professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. He provided excellent explanations, guidance, and advice, which gave us great confidence moving forward. We always looked forward to his visits and felt very reassured by his expertise and support.

Ken was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He helped my uncle get back on his feet and walking comfortably again, which made such a huge difference. We’re extremely grateful for his help and would definitely recommend him to others. We would happily use his services again. Worth every penny!
