I have worked in different physiotherapy settings for both the NHS and the private sector, including inpatients on the wards, outpatient musculoskeletal clinics, and in the community visiting patients at home. I currently work in the immediate care team at Edgware Community Hospital. My passions are treating musculoskeletal injuries (joint and muscular injuries), neurological rehabilitation, elderly rehabilitation, orthopaedics, and falls prevention. I also relish helping patients achieve their goals and progress in their home environment.
Something about me
As a volunteer with the NASS (National Ankylosing Spondylitis Society) I help patients with pool and land exercises. I am also active in the Falls Prevention Programme and work with patients to gain confidence and prevent recurring falls.
“Michael was very helpful when he visited me for physio exercises following a fall after I fractured my hip. He was encouraging and motivational and gave me just the right exercises to help my recovery. His has a very sympathetic and patient manner, making the sessions comfortable and straightforward.” – Alison, Barnet
