How we can help
Feeling dizzy is often very unnerving. Being lightheaded, woozy, or unbalanced can put us at risk of falls and heighten our anxiety. Dizziness is often caused by an impairment to the sensory organs, especially the eyes and ears. It is not a disease but can be a symptom of various disorders.
There are many factors causing dizziness, including migraines, ear infections, medications, and alcohol. Problems within your inner ear can also make you feel dizzy as this is what regulates balance.
