Between 20 July to 29 August I saw Fawed 15 times. I had broken my hip and could hardly walk and was housebound. Fawed was always very pleasant and clearly very knowledgeable in his field of expertise. With Fawed's help, exercise routines and suggestions on how to improve and get back on my feet again, I can now walk up and down stairs and go for quite long walks. He fed back to me at the last session all the progress I had made, which has given me the confidence to carry on. I cannot recommend Fawed highly enough.
Everyone was so friendly who I spoke to in the office and Chris was an absolute star, friendly and professional. Thanks Chris 🙂
My Mum is in her 80's and had a fall which followed with a 4 week stay in hospital and her unable to walk when she came home. Mum was moved around by carers on a standing aid from her chair to bed.
Mum wanted to stand and walk again and to get her independence back so I booked 5 sessions with Home Physio service to see if this would help. Chris worked with Mum on strengthening her muscles and balance to moving on to standing on her own and then walking with a walker/frame. This week Chris had Mum walking with her walker outside of the house which she hadn't done for a couple of years. Slowly but surely Mum's mobility is returning. This would not had happened without Chris' help and expertise.
Chris is really encouraging and has a lovely way with the elderly. Mum listened to everything he said! Thank you so much for getting Mum back on her feet.
So pleased, thank you .....
Throughout each home session, she not only treated the issue but made me feel genuinely cared for. By our final session, the numbness had completely disappeared, and I was walking again — something I couldn’t have imagined just days earlier. Her professionalism and gentle manner made all the difference. Thank you, Alexandra, for helping me reclaim my mobility!
We had the same physiotherapist for each session Bill who was superb. The progress Mum made with regular physio after a fall was amazing & gave mum so much confidence
Thank you
Fawad our therapist has helped her enormously with her mobility and safety walking at home and I would fully recommend his service to others.
Thank you and I will contact again if more treatment is needed.
We booked the first consultation in our home hoping a course of physiotherapy would help. This involved simple exercises to carry out to strengthening her back plus walking. This was followed up by 2 further visits over the next 6 weeks to monitor progress and offer more guidance.
I know it is still ‘early day’s’ but my mums back is much better and I believe on the way to recovery and with much reduced pain.
What I liked was the fact – it was at home and my mum listened to an external expert, the fact that it was private meant that there was not the usual NHS rush with the treatment being more tailored to her needs/capabilities and the follow up visit incentivized the completion of exercises. A point which was refreshing was that after reaching these improvements the consultant voluntarily said that they would not need to come any more as we were on the right track.
For our family we have now moved from a regime of protecting her back to strengthening and exercising her back despite her age.
I am sure this treatment will not work for all conditions. However, if you believe the problem to be muscular then it is maybe is worth a try as any amount of money is good value if it reduces pain.
The person carrying out the physio was Ken who we found to be a very professional and well mannered which is so important especially for an elderly patient not used to phsio therapy. 5 star !!!
On the whole originally, we thought it might be expensive but in our case money well spent. Thankyou Ken and Home Physio Group
Following my total knee replacement Tanzin the physiotherapist built my confidence so that I was able to negotiate my home without any stress and minimal pain. The exercises he showed me were achievable. He kept in touch regularly by email to monitor my progress.
Tracy in the office organised the visits most efficiently

He gave us a list of exercises to follow and my wife has been showing improvement on a daily basis. We are very pleased with his approach and we will recommend him to others in future
Feeling has returned to almost all my leg except certain movements in my toes and lack of feeling there make it impossible to drive.
I was told so far so good by your home visitor which has given me confidence but I fear the next Chemo may send back to square one

Fawad is a charming man who instantly made my friend feel at ease. He is used to dealing with older people and is extremely kind and patient.
He tailored each session to my friend’s needs on any particular day. Over the course of 2+ months I saw my friend gaining confidence and improved physical ability; she has gone from being chair-bound and totally dependent on others to being able to walk with the support of an rollator. The experience has been a very positive one. I highly recommend Fawad.
Following a fall resulting in a distal femoral replacement my 92 year old mum was weak and had lost confidence to be able to walk without somebody near her.
I contacted Home Physio Group; who quickly explained the cost and packages on offer. An initial assessment was arranged within days.
Mum received excellent care from Fawad. He was very professional caring, and able to assess mums capabilities quickly. He showed compassion and positivity, which really helped her determination to get back walking properly. This along with exercises for her to do on a daily she progressed from hardly lifting her leg, bending her knee and getting out of a chair to being able to walk with 2 sticks.
I would definitely recommend this home physio company.
Damien worked wonders in just a handful of sessions, inspiring the patient to improve.
Would definitely recommend.
