I initially completed a degree in BSc Health Related Exercise and Fitness with Leeds Metropolitan University and subsequently completed a PGCE, I went on to teach a variety of Sport and Exercise modules at the Grimsby Institute of Further and Higher Education. Pursuing my ambition, I went on to complete a second BSc degree with Sheffield Hallam University and graduated as a Chartered Physiotherapist. Since qualifying as a physiotherapist, I have worked in a variety of clinical settings including Hospital Wards, Stroke Service, Community Domiciliary working, Respiratory Service including Domiciliary Care and running Pulmonary Rehabilitation courses. I have additionally worked within the MSK outpatients setting in GP surgeries and within a private clinic setting treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal and sports injury conditions.
Something about me
I enjoy yoga, Pilates and am a keen cyclist. I’m also passionate about helping people to get better and stay better by improving their physical and mental health, restoring their functional movement in order to achieve their personal goals.
