From a young age I competed in tennis from county to international level. Following a shoulder injury, I quickly transitioned to the rehabilitative sciences. Joining the NHS I gained experience in critical care, stroke, neuro rehabilitation, musculoskeletal, hand physiotherapy and orthopaedics. Having a keen interest in research and many varying specialties, I transferred to the private sector. I am passionate about empowering my patients to reach their goals in their home environment and find it greatly rewarding.
Something about me
I am studying pre-medicine in Lewes, which will move to Brighton and Sussex Medical School from September 2021. My inquisitiveness and passion for improving lives has driven me to further skills as a doctor. Although my passion still lies in rehabilitation, I look forward to transferring what I learn between the two professions throughout my career.
