I have worked in major care homes and teaching hospitals around London, including the Royal Free and Charing Cross Hospital. For the NHS I work as a senior physiotherapist and treat patients in their own homes. This allows me to assess and rehabilitate patients once they are discharged from hospital following an illness or surgery. My experience as a senior therapist is mostly with older people with reduced mobility who suffer from the risk of falls, poor balance, deconditioned post-surgery, and long-term conditions such as Parkinson’s disease, arthritis, and strokes. My treatments include manual techniques, gait re-education, massage, exercise prescription, and goal-based rehabilitation.
Something about me
I am a keen dancer and have performed at various venues, including the London Arena and Royal Festival Hall. I was also lucky enough to perform at the Olympic closing ceremony. I enjoy reading, travelling, and working out.
“Just to say how delighted I am with the wonderful service I have had from your Company. I have had two lots of major surgeries in six months. My physiotherapist Geetha has been invaluable to me. My initial recovery from my first op was down to her expertise, with the second a full knee replacement I did have NHS physio which I then had to compliment with Geetha. She introduced me to the mini cycle which I bought online for £25. This machine strengthens your thighs which is necessary to recovery. I would recommend your service without hesitation it is worth every penny. One of the most important things in life is your health and Home Physio Group safeguards it. Thank you so much.” – Jill, Finchley
