I started my career in the NHS where I worked as a physiotherapist in the inpatient rehabilitation unit and the falls prevention department. I have been fortunate enough to work with a variety of conditions, including orthopaedic, neurological such as Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, and care for the elderly. In private practice, I tend to treat more musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions. I utilise my sports massage and physio therapeutic skills to provide a personalised treatment approach. Using manual techniques and exercise prescription, I help my clients achieve their rehab goals.
Something about me
